We are proud to be an Alibaba-officially-certified super-factory. We own a 12,000 m² modern production base equipped with Class 100,000 GMPc pharmaceutical-grade clean rooms, more than 20 automated production lines, and advanced manufacturing equipment imported from Germany, the USA, and other regions. Our daily capacity exceeds 100,000 pieces, enabling us to reliably handle large-scale international orders. We currently operate joint-venture factories in Denmark, China, and the USA.
Our vacuum emulsifiers are imported from German EKATO UNIMIX, featuring internal & external circulation homogenization and CIP self-cleaning functions. These deliver finer and more uniform particle sizes—with cream, lotion, and gel particle sizes stabilized below 1 μm, greatly improving skin feel, product stability, and transdermal absorption.
Our intelligent vacuum emulsifying reactors are from German companies MICCRA and Lexa-Mix, supporting precise micro-control of temperature, vacuum, shear, and other key parameters.
For filling, we use high-speed lines from German Krones (for water, serums, and lotions), capable of filling 10,000 bottles per hour. All processes rely on sterilization and cleanroom systems from German Dürr and Swedish Getinge, including HVAC, sterilizers, and laminar flow hoods.
We have a mature overseas warehouse in the United States, and a premium office in the UK is currently under development. We support single-piece dropshipping, offering flexible services and solutions for our business partners.
